Chris Borglum is an English professor and quizbowl coach at Valencia Community College, where he has been coach since 1993. As a coach, he has led Valencia's quizbowl team to four CCCT national titles and, before the CCCT was established, five top Community College finishes at ICT.

He is responsible for writing and editing the Delta Burke novice tournament, one of the longest-running novice tournaments in quizbowl and a pillar of the Florida CC circuit tournament schedule. He has also regularly hosts open mirrors of NASAT at Valencia.

Along with Seth Kendall, he rode the coat-tails of Raj Dhuwalia and Kelly McKenzie to the 2003 Chicago Open championship. In 2006, he was involved in the contentious Turkey Leg Match.

In 1997, he appeared on the game show Jeopardy!. He finished in third place and was awarded Hammerman rings as a consolation prize.
