Crystal Springs Uplands School is a private 6-12 school located in Hillsborough, CA. The Quiz Bowl program, while longstanding, only came to prominence with the rise of Justin French, generalist with specialties in math and fine arts. After taking over the club with his friend Partha Rao, CSUS came to be feared in the NorCal circuit.
