On May 21, 2006, [[Chaska]] defeated [[Armstrong]] and [[St. Thomas Academy]] defeated [[DeLaSalle]]. On May 28, Chaska defeated Cretin-Derham Hall and St. Thomas Academy defeated Eden Prairie to move into the finals, where St. Thomas Academy eventually scored a convincing victory over Chaska High School.
