Fairview High School is a 9-12 public high school in northeast Cullman county, Alabama. The school's scholar's bowl team is coached by Eric Vest.. The club president is Brett Hogan. Fairview was only active in [[Cullman County Scholar Bowl]] for a number of years until May 14, 2016, when, at the urgence of team captain Brett Hogan, the quizbowl team competed in the [[West Point Rainwater Invitational]], which was the squad's first time playing outside of its mediocre circuit in over six years. Though posting a lackluster performance that day by going 1-6, quizbowl at Fairview was effectively brought out of the "dark ages" by the hope shown in the team's players.
