In his senior year, Frank became much more active socially in the Northeast Quiz Bowl circuit. In the region, he is renowned for being pressured by members of [[Livingston]] into buying a plush of an Oshawott, which was named "Oshie."

Frank Grabowski is a current senior at High Technology High School. He is co-captain with Karen Li and Selena Liu for the 2019–20 season and a member of High Tech A, after being on High Tech C from 2016 to 2019. Individually, Frank qualified for the National History Bee in 2018 and 2019, and he was a finalist in the 2019 National Sports and Entertainment History Bee. He was a part of High Tech C for PACE's NSC in 2018 and NAQT's HSNCT in 2019, as well as a part of High Tech B for NSC in 2019.
