John Musick led Honaker to a 4th place finish in the VHSL State Tournament for the 2008-2009 season and currently plays for Princeton.

Musick came out for Princeton's quizbowl team in the second semester of Freshman year and currently plays for the D-II team, which has advanced to the 2010 ICT.
