The McDonald's High School Challenge is a televised high school competition for teams around Fargo, ND and across northern Minnesota. It is sponsored by McDonald's and Concordia College-Moorhead and broadcast on KVLY-TV Fargo. Due to Knowledge Bowl's presence as the dominant format in the region, the Mcdonald's Challenge is sometimes known as a Knowledge Bowl competition, despite the fact that it doesn't use Academic Hallmarks questions or other usual KB features like the Quizbox or written rounds. Like most television shows, the McDonald's High School Challenge uses speed check questions, albeit in this case of decent quality.
