The Quizbowl Misconduct Reporting Form is an online form to report instances of inappropriate behavior observed at quizbowl events or as part of the quizbowl community. Its creation was led by [[Alex Damisch]] and was part of the response of the quizbowl community to a number of revelations of misconduct in quizbowl in 2018.
