Paul Nelson is a founding member and a former president of the Missouri Quizbowl Alliance. Paul played for Cuba High School from 1995 to 1998, where he was a member of four state championship teams, and went on to play in college at Missouri S&T.
Paul is one of the most visible figures in the Missouri quizbowl scene, due to his propensity for moderating various tournaments on nearly every weekend and his assistance to new teams.
