- An example would be my own school: St. Margaret's Episcopal! Our "JV" team is far stronger than our "Varsity"... mainly because I just established the QB/History Bowl program this academic year. (I guess the parenthetical def. is probably far more common among teams whose programs are just getting started and/or only have a few players in Varsity.) Nate Kang (talk) 21:53, 13 May 2019 (CDT)
