Right, but the page even admits that certain format innovations (the distribution, finals format, etc.) are barely connected to ACF itself. It would seem that the page about ACF should be about the organization, and the ACF format (as a standard that has been adopted beyond ACF) probably merits its own page. Would it be possible to split this into pages for ACF (the format) and ACF (the organization)?

Right, but the page even admits that certain format innovations (the distribution, finals format, etc.) are barely connected to ACF itself.
