Is this term attested? I don't think I've ever heard it used in a way specific to this meaning, and this whole page reads like a grudge. Jonah (talk) 19:17, 21 February 2021 (CST)
I've heard it a lot in my area. Its not a grudge against anyone because I can never say if it was an actual error or intentional in addition I often dont even know the full results until after the fact and nothing can be done about it, I just added a term I've heard numerous times. Edit:I should note this type of thing happening is rare and I in no way mean to invoke the idea I'm blaming my team's shortcomings on this but I know with certainty that it does happen every so often.
