The anonymous poster reads more into the rule
quoted than it states. CBCI is very protective of its
intellectual property for the parsimonious purpose of using
many of the same questions in both the CB & HC
intramurals, regionals, and championships.
If we limit
ourselves to this person's reading, then we cannot offer
tournaments with any reasonable level of quality that are
also racially integrated.
The time for timerity
is past. TD's, invite HBCU's to your tournaments and
leave it to them as to whether they will or won't
attend.
