I am *never* watching Jeopardy! again...

Yes, I know, this is a sweeping statement, and I
may well regret it. However, I gave the idiots two
days to really disgust me, so I'm OK with
it.

For those of you who haven't been watching lately,
this week has been "Kid's Jeopardy!"-- middle
schoolers (basically) playing the game. Now, while I find
this idea simply too damn cute, it's not inherently
bad. What IS bad is the mind-numbing stupidity of the
questions: an entire catagory on Nickelodeon shows (all of
which I could've gotten, despite not watching it!), the
official language of Mexico City and St. Petersburg, a
"starts with O" catagory that used third grade level
words... On and on with the bad.

Now, I know these
are just little kids, but they're supposed to be
*smart* little kids. I'm insulted that they're being
dealt this craptacular garbage, and even more insulted
that Merv Griffin expects me to find it
entertaining.

OK, I know that this has not much revelance, but I'm
in a grumpy mood. So sue me. :)
