Re: The (K)Nobel Nostradamas

"Peace: I'll get very close to betting the farm
on either India/Pakistan leaders for nuclear
considerations or Israeli/PNA/Syria/Jordanian leaders for recent
peace efforts. A posthumous prize to King Hussein isn't
entirely out of the question. The Rwanda situation has
fizzled out thanks to a large number of factors, and
there hasn't been one overriding person who could
deserve the award. Kosovo also lacked any mythic figure
who deserves a win."

Correct me if I'm wrong
but don't all Nobel laureates having to be alive to
accept their prize (ie. if you're under consideration
and die before winning you're no longer under
consideration.)?
