"Emory in Atlanta does have a club and I believe they have hosted a
few tournaments over the last year or so. I don't know Georgia
geography very well but I know UGA and GTech have hosted tournaments
too."
UGA has been trying to host its own tournaments since forever.
However, there seems to be no interest in it simply because most
tournaments are played in Chattanooga and South Florida due to their
easy access (even though Athens is not that far off the beaten path).
I simply do not know what to tell you other than that, other than keep
checking the postings, there may be one soon.
