I think I had her in a bonus part once. I'm surprised that people
would consider her too obscure but not surprised that people would
object to using the 5-10-15 format this particular way.
Yes, 10-10-10 all the time can get stale; nonetheless, people will
complain (justifiably!) if, in a packet where other bonuses are
consistently coverted at 15, you get a bonus where the 15 is almost
impossible (say, 10% of teams get it) and the 5 and 10 don't yield
enough points to compensate.
Still, don't get discouraged about your canon-expansion efforts. I
used to submit ACF Nationals packs almost solely to see if I could
get particular answers past the editing process. :-)
