I don't understand why Notre Dame was given both the 15 points AND a
free toss-up. It seems to me there are two possibly correct ways to
handle this:

1) Take away Notre Dame's neg 5, since they should have been
prompted, making the score 165-145. However, since we can't know
that they would have answered properly if prompted, they can't get
the 10. Another toss-up should then be read (although I'm not
convinced it would need to be for Notre Dame only--technically not
prompting could have thrown De Pauw off as well); or

2) Decide Notre Dame would have answered DROC if prompted, so they
get 15 points (eliminate the minus five, give them the ten), and
then give them a bonus (the one they would have gotten had they been
properly prompted). Why they would get an extra toss-up as well is
beyond me. If it makes y'all feel any better, De Pauw, under this
scenario the 20 Notre Dame got on the bonus would be sufficient for
the win even without the incorrectly awarded toss-up.

else connected with ACUI or CBI).
