Not particularly.  As long as it was a 30-point bonus (CBI being what 
it is), there's no need to go any further than that.

As far as I can tell, it wasn't a penalty -- it was a reward for ND, 
who (after all) answered the question first.  If anything, they 
should have been given the tossup outright and proceeded straight to 
the bonus.
