You can add Governor's
School to that list..after our team and head coach had a
trying discussion (considering our high finishes,
including the '95 championship, at the tournament even
through last year) we decided not to do NAC this year,
largely because of conflicts with other nationals which
we'd rather attend but also because the quality of
Questions Unlimited tournament sets has gone from bad to
ludicrous.
We played one tournament on QU sets with four
factual errors so obvious that I had to wonder whether
they were a joke, innumerable grammatical mistakes,
hoses in every question, and, my personal favorite,
verbatim repeats from QuizNet and other QU
sets.
Let the exodus continue...
