A little late, but....
Bevill State Community College in Jasper, Alabama will host the NAQT
Alabama High School Championship on Saturday, February 28.
Registration will begin at 8:00 - most likely in the Rowland Center
Auditorium at 1411 Indiana Avenue. Any changes will be noted as they
arise.
There is NO registration fee. Bevill State will provide the awards.
Lunch will not be provided. However, there are 70 restaurants in
Jasper. (at least that's what the chamber of commerce billboards
claim)
The tournament will use NAQT Invitational Series question packet
#42. It is the responsibility of schools wishing to participate to
ensure that they have not already heard those questions.
The tournament may be timed, however, at this time it appears likely
that each round will consist of 20 questions and as many tossups as
needed.
We do have limited space, but so far it looks like we'll have enough
room.
