OK in the interest of forthrightness,

1) The one thing I've never understood is why the S value formula 
MUST be kept secret.  What does NAQT lose by declining to answer 
that question?  It seems that an organization like this would want 
things to be as transparent as possible, or at the very least, a 
clearly articulated, valid reason for a lack of transparency.  On 
that theme...

2) Why did NAQT remove the question writer's numbers from some 
Invitational Series sets and the SCT set?

3) What's your distribution?  I've never seen this placed online 
anywhere.  I've been told (not by NAQT folk) that if you look 
closely enough at the sets you can divine it but it shouldn't be 
that hard.  

Answers to these would be very interesting.
