To those who may have been put off by the parenthetical note:
The purpose is to have a packet submission without having a huge
packet submission tournament, so that teams will pay the same for the
opportunity to play, but teams that are not interested in submitting a
packet are not penalized.
I was intending on writing most or all of the tournament myself
anyways, so if this put off anybody interested in writing a freelance
packet, I apologize, but we are not currently on the market for them.
We may be in the future, but for this tournament it is not the case.
