Ottawa Hybrid Tournament announcement

The U of O Trivia Club is also announcing its Ottawa
Hybrid Tournament (OHT). This will be held either
March 12 or 19, depending on interest from teams. The
tournament will be organized, edited, and written (in
part) by Ben Smith, Tamara Vardomskaya, Shauna
McNally, & Jeff Gordon. We are also open to offering
mirrors.

The OHT will feature a half-academic, half-trash
distribution within each packet. Similar events were
held at Brandeis and Georgia last summer, but this
will be the first hybrid tournament in Canada (and
thus will include an undetermined amount of CanCon).
Packet submission is optional, but strongly encouraged
with significant discounts.

Our preliminary fee list:

--mixing universities or various degree levels is
allowed
--if there are multiple teams of players attending one
school: $70 for the first team, $60 for each
additional team
