Replying-to-all (Re: Apologies)

Obviously, this being a mailing list, the default Reply-to: header on  
every message is set to go back to the list. This has nothing to do  
with "reply" or "reply-all"; it's the way mailing lists work. It's  
not a bug or something that should be "fixed".

What's really necessary is for people to think and look at the  
message they're about to send before they send it.

Another bit of fun netiquette trivia: it's considered good form to  
put your reply at the bottom of the message. Begin flamewar in 3...  
2... 1...
