So, instead of talking about the substance of my post (i.e. saying 
things like "some permutation of Michigan lost to the twelve-headed 
beast that is BROCK", or "You still lost to Canadians, dude,") you 
chose to reply to my throaway line at the end. Good for you. Anyway, 
this is pointless flaming. My point is simply to present things 
clearly, and that the ICT should be reserved for the best programs 
in the continent, or it should be open.
