Coaches --
NAQT is pleased to announce that a national meeting of high school
coaches will be held at the 2006 NAQT High School National
Championship Tournament. The goal will be the creation of an
organization to improve and popularize quiz bowl across the country
(and maybe the world). The meeting will take place at 7:00 p.m. on
Saturday, June 3, in the O'Hare 1 ballroom (after the tournament's
preliminary matches). Everybody with an interest in high school quiz
bowl is welcome, though the meeting will primarily be targeted at high
school coaches.

NAQT is proud that its national championship has proven to be the most
convenient time for the country's top coaches to get together, but
NAQT is not running this meeting (officially or otherwise) and the
resulting organization will be independent of NAQT. If you have
questions, please direct them to David Reinstein
(reinsted-at-newtrier.k12.il.us) rather than NAQT.
