If I recall correctly, other organizations have
used R.'s list to spread their information, and I
sincerely doubt that R. has used his list moderator powers
to prevent said info from being
disseminated.

It seems to me that, since R. is doing this list
thing voluntarily, he should be able to do whatever is
most convenient for him, and doubtless it's easiest to
set up the lists _at_....

Finally, it
doesn't matter if there's an appearance of impropriety.
As long as no impropriety takes place, I for one
have no concern about appearances. Those who will
think evil will do so no matter what (not implying this
of you, Emil, just making a general
statement).
