First off, Shawn: it's cake to technically run a
mailing list for anyone competent...it's the pre-editing
and the like that Rob does that's really the
"important" work.
NAQT also owns the name
"quizbowl.org" if I recall correctly ('whois' is a hassle
nowadays). That would probably be a more appropriate name at
this point for the mailing list.
Just remember
that no source of information is impartial. Someone
would be running the mailing list and that someone
would have opinions that might influence they way they
moderate it, if it stays moderated.
