"A statement like "question difficulty should be
about the same as NAQT Conferences and Sectionals"
would probably be easier to follow than trying to get
"between" two levels that are the same."
The larger
question, of course, is whether or not that's an
appropriate difficulty level for a NOVICE tournament. I would
assert it's not. Perhaps between NAQT "Invitational"
packets and NAQT "Conference/Sectional" packets might be
a better choice.
Of course, Illinois has the
right to host the tournament however they see fit.
