In my personal
experience, the easiest questions I can EVER remember playing
on, other than NAQT invitational questions, were NAQT
Conference questions. (Not a criticism--I like inflated PPG
scores.) I think that's probably an appropriate
level.

Incidentally, the Illinois Novice tournament has nothing
whatsoever to do with the novice tournament I was TD for at
UIUC last September. IF there is enough interest and
calendar space in the Midwest for two novice tournaments
in the fall, Steph II (The Book Tour) will happen,
probably at Chicago if the UC people are still willing.
I'd rather see one well-attended tournament than two
turkeys, however (even though IU will probably be at both
if we have a club
going).
