I agree entirely. 

This would also be of
assistance to new programs requiring up-to-date question
material. They have enough bills as it is, with travel and
tournament entry fees. 

As it stands, they are forced
to practice on ancient questions.

Be assured
that the George Mason University Academic Trivia Team
will, for as long as I have a say, post its packets on
the archive. 

Organizations like NAQT, CBI and
TRASH have more of a right to sell their packets. But
to charge people for something they helped write is
to me a bit profiteering.
