Freelance packet
initative:
Original unused packets (academic and trash) which are
completely blind to the participants may be sent to us for
use at our tournament. If any of these packets is
used without major editing and we decide use it to
compensate for a participating teams packet that is not
submitted in time, the author(s) of that packet will
receive the $100 penalty money for the use of the packet
at our tournament. You may only do this if you are
not affiliated with the delinquent organizations who
fail to produce a packet on time. Question swaps we
establish with other tournaments are not included in this
deal, and you may not have submitted these questions to
any other tournament being run on that day or
thereafter. The deadline for these packets is March 31,
2001.

All authors submitting packets will receive a copy of
all the questions used for the tournament. Any unused
packets will NOT be included in that set, and authorship
rights revert from the College Trivia Club back to the
authors of the packets.
