Something that happened at TRASH Regionals on
Saturday seems more relevant now. My team and I were
strolling the streets of the District of Colombia when we
heard a distinctly English-accented voice exhorting us
to vote for Ralph Nader. As we walked by, one of our
team members asked the bloke if he was an American
citizen. He replyed that he wasn't, then continued handing
out Nader paraphernalia. (Maybe Nader would have done
better in the election if he hadn't spent all that time
campaigning in the U.K.)
