As for the XFL, I would lump it in with the likes
of questions about the USFL, WFL, World League
and/or NFL Europe, and other "minor league" sports. That
is, unless the question is about the behind the
scenes and/or "entertainment" part of the game, at which
case I'd put it under TV or general trash. (Although
I'm suddenly reminded of some scenes in "The
Replacements".)
Then again, that's just my take, so YMMV.
