Another Possible Direction

So I was looking at the Questions Unlimited
website, and I'm wondering if the schools that have
purchased questions from Chip Beall for tournaments would
have some sort of legal recourse. On the website, it
guarantees that the questions are "pristine"; could there be
a breach of contract issue if the questions could
be proven (which, IMHO, they have been) to have been
stolen?
