I doubt that there would be any "breach of
contract" as I don't think you'd sign a contract for
purchasing the questions. But it could go as false
advertising if it is so demonstrated.

Of course, you'd
think that there would be more controversy if a team
wound up winning a tournament just because they had
that same question in practice from the archive. Of
course, how many HS teams are there out there that are
aware of its existence that purchase Chip's questions.
Not too many I suspect.
