I wasn't at
Penn Bowl this year, so I can't comment on the
questions, but speaking generally, players should expect
*higher* quality packets and *better* editing at a larger
tournament. Although there may be more rounds to produce,
these will come from a much larger number of submitted
packets. They'll also be edited by a larger and more
experienced staff than at a typical small tournament.
