 Excuses? Actually, I was making the
point that the submitting teams had more than ample
time to get their packets in early, and not a week
before the tournament. The "editing" was begin in the
fall, as Samer himself edited over half the packs. You
are right, though, the distribution of packs to edit
was a problem. However, when a team turns in a packet
a week before the tournament, even if the editor
has some questions pre-written, there's no way that
packet will be "up to par" with your apparent standards.
If you don't like Penn Bowl, DON'T COME.
