Good response, Matt. If he is guilty of copyright
violations, what are the legal remedies. I guess he could be
sued, but if the actual damages from the copying of an
occasional question is small, what would be the point. I
suppose their could be punitive damages awarded,
especially if the activity is so blatant. In general, I am
personally uncomfortable with punitive awards, but this
might a case where it might make sense as a deterrent.
If a lawsuit or threat thereof does not curtail his
activity, then public exposure seems to be a minimal
response. Keep up the good work. I appreciate your efforts
as a (bulldog) watchdog.
