To answer Chris Pae's question, the IFT is not
meant to have much if any role as a qualifier for the
ICT, but it can under our process come into play as a
"backdoor" route to the ICT for Division I teams that either
won an IFT, or won an IFT undergraduate title, or
finished 2nd overall in an IFT. This would come into play
only for teams in one of those categories that have
not otherwise qualified for the ICT through SCT
performance. I will post a general outline of the entire
procedure in another message.
