took the words right out of my mouth. I was going to
say pretty much what he said. In fact, these two
tiebreakers were the same tiebreakers used in Region 5. They
were not necessary to decide the winner (Centre had no
losses, next closest (Va. Tech) had 2), but may come into
play in ranking the others.
