I would like
to second Tom's suggestion here. I sent a message to
the Region 4 folks and CC'd Mary Oberempt on the
playoff system here. Mary forwarded the message to Frank,
who sent a very nice reply. I think he would welcome
suggestions before the committee meets in
March.
