As for the projection system, the answer seems to
be:
1) Yes, it is possible to write such a thing (no,
I'm not volunteering) at least to some degree
(keeping track of the bonii might be harder, but
presumably the moderator could just click on the appropriate
bonus). Might involve a few rules changes, but
technically doable.
2) Among the problems with this
would be that it requires a much more intricate setup
to host a tournament. Teams have enough problems
getting enough working buzzers to tournaments, let along
working projectors that run Power Point or something
similar. I don't think it's feasible from that point of
view except perhaps at a national tournament for which
the site was chosen with these capabilities in mind.
