The first use of the
40-30-20-10 point scheme I recall was in an Emory pack (Mike
Barkin was reading) in the late 1980s. Georgia Tech was
playing Agnes Scott, and it was name that poet on no
clues for 40. Agnes Scott, led by Angie Howard, nailed
it. I want to say it was Keats, but the memory is
repressed.
