Quizbowl "Camp"? You've got to be kidding me. No
disrespect to Furman if they run such a thing, but that is
just an awful concept.
Baseball camp? Yes.
Hockey camp? Yes. Outdoors camp? Yes. But
QUIZBOWL?????
Yeesh.
"Hey Billy, wanna go memorize some lists of Economics
Nobel Prize Winners?"
"Nah, I'm too busy with my
Colvin-Science project. I'm writing about state
functions!"
I'm sure the camp counselors would just be loads of
fun, too, especially if they're HS
coaches.
Slighly flabberghasted and somewhat sickened by the
