If you read the
original Toledo article, the term "stumper" was basically
used as a synonym for "question." Chalk the National
Pest article up as another one exaggerating the
facts.
As usual, the Canadian media was emphasizing the
stupidity of the American populace. Also as usual, it was
entertaining reading. :)
