The University of Florida would like to announce
the reestablishment of the Sunshine State
Invitational (SSI), a tournament to be held October 20, 2001
in warm, sunny Gainesville. The format will be
NAQT-style (timed halves, power points) with question
difficulty on par with NAQT's IFT. There will be NO packet
submission required - all questions will be written in
house. Based on the level of response, we will consider
separating Division I and II teams. Details on fees,
lodging, etc. will be announced as we draw closer to the
tournament weekend (still six months from this Friday :) ).
