Now that it's long after the fact, and being
inherently unimportant anyway, I'll come out and attack
scorekeepers who don't care enough to check that they
correctly identified who should be credited with, or docked
for, points coming off tossups and
interrupts.
I'm taking this personally because the official N?QT
Nationals statistics are INCREDIBLY wrong for myself. If
you must know, they undercut me by 30% or so. I'm
known to incorrectly add bonus points (15+20=25, etc.),
but at least I can write 15/10/-5 next to the correct
player's name.
I understand that not all readers
used scorekeepers, and that is unfortunate. I don't
care that much anyway, it is N?QT after
all.
