Both organizations can learn from the other. NAQT
could be more public spirited and make its old
questions available for free on an archive. ACF could do a
lot better in customer service, i.e. less attitude,
improvement at replying to emails. 

Despite my
recommendations/criticisms, I appreciate that the people who run both formats
do qb primarily out of "love of the game," not
profit.
